Between $120 and $370 you are buying better sound quality, faster recovery after the shot, real weather sealing, and controls you can work in gloves. Above $900 you are in true hearing-device territory, where the unit is programmed to your ears and the specific frequencies of your quarry, and where you should expect an audiologist to be part of the purchase.
