  This is my 3rd trip to Big Bend Ranch. As previous trips, Nick and Jesse are the perfect hosts. Jess was joined this year by Megan, her sister, and between the two, made sure our meals and accommoidations were exceptional. I could talk all day about how great the meals are. This year, we had a new guide, Mark. New to us but we realized early that he is an experienced guide and hunter. He put us on the birds every day. We hunted 3 days, and each day was as good or better than the one before. Mark went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed to make this trip an unforgettable experience. I have hunted other locations in Kansas and in South Dakota, but Big Bend Ranch is uniquely exceptional in every way. We are looking forward to next year.

  What a great experience we had. Nick and Jess run a great outfit. From the excellent hunting to the amazing food, we had a blast (literally). Great guides, great dogs, and great people. You can’t go wrong booking a hunt with these folks. I hope to return next year to stay in the new lodge and do this hunt again. Thanks again Big Bend Ranch!!!!

  World class pheasant hunting. Mike and Mark will put you on the birds. Owners treat you like family. Accommodations are incredible. And Ms Jess’s cooking is worthy of any 5-star restaurant!

  Such an incredible experience hunting pheasant. So many birds! Views of the Missouri River were breathtaking. The food was top notch. And best of all, the hosts and guides were truly salt of the earth. Such a personal touch from the family and staff. I now consider them great friends.
