  Bitterwater Outfitters delivered an amazing experience for my son and I. Booking the hunt was super easy and they were very informative as to how the hunt was going to play out. We arrived late on a Friday and got our paperwork handled then set up our camp. We then were taken to the shooting range where we confirmed our rifles were sighted in. Saturday morning we met our guides Jessie and Mikey. They were awesome. I told them this hunt was to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday and they really delivered a memory that will last a lifetime. A short ride to the hunting grounds and we spotted multiple groups of wild pigs. Once we found the right ones they set me up on a shot where I harvested 2 eater pigs. After they were field dressed and dropped off at the ranch we then went for my son’s pig. We located another nice eater pig where Jessie and Mikey set my son up and walked him through the shot. My son got his pig and he couldn’t have been happier. The memories they provided will never be forgotten . Great place for a father son’s first pig hunt. We highly recommend Bitterwater Outfitters. We will be returning to experience another one of their hunts without a doubt.

  I recently hunted wild pigs with Bitterwater Outfitter and had an outstanding experience. Clayton is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. The entire trip felt more like hunting with an old buddy than booking a guided hunt. The properties they have access to on California’s Central Coast are absolutely beautiful, with incredible views and plenty of wildlife. We saw a lot of animals throughout the hunt, and I was fortunate enough to harvest two pigs during the trip. From start to finish, everything was well organized, safe, and enjoyable. Whether you’re an experienced hunter or looking to book your first guided hunt, I would highly recommend Bitterwater Outfitters. I’ll definitely be back for another hunt.

  Had a great time with Clayton and his crew taking my dad and I hunting. Clayton was very patient, went through safety protocols, and was thoroughly prepared. I’ve gone wild pig and wild turkey hunting with Clayton and his crew and they are excellent people to hunt with and great people in general. I highly recommend giving Bitterwater Outfitters a chance if you are interested in some professional guided hunting.

  I had an amazing experience hunting with Bitterwater Outfitters. It was a great time learning and spending time with our guide Jessie and the owner Clayton, who were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Our group of three hunters had a wide range of experience. from no experience at all to over 40 years of hunting, and every one of us had a great time and learned something new throughout the hunt. If you’re looking for the best guided wild pig hunt in California, this is the place. Whether you’re an experienced hunter or a complete beginner, Bitterwater makes the experience enjoyable, educational, and well organized. I highly recommend Bitterwater Outfitters to anyone looking for a top-quality guided hunt.
