  We hunted the first week in October. Two Great lodges and very nice individual bedrooms. We were driven to the fields in side by sides and then to the blinds in a Shrek 4 x 4 super cool swamp buggy. We hunted in flooded millet/rice fields then along an ox bow in timber. We saw thousands of ducks. They were all over this property due to all of the feed and great cover. We had a limit of mixed birds on all hunts with mallards, teal, wood ducks, teal, widgeon and pintails. The guides were great guys - great callers - great company and worked hard for us. The food was over the top great. Gourmet meals and huge portions with stellar service. Everything about this place is first class even down to the gear for sale. A premium waterfowl hunting spot and a hidden gem.

  My experience at Palisade Flat Hunt Club was nothing short of incredible. The lodge was spacious and perfect for groups, offering everything from games, pool, and shuffleboard to relaxing in front of the big-screen TV. The scenery was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect backdrop for a hunt. The private chef prepared meals that truly felt like they came from a five-star restaurant, absolutely outstanding. The hunt itself was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and the guides were top-notch. Even with three additional guests outside of our group, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone felt like part of the experience. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of Palisade Flat Hunt Club. Great people, amazing food, and the best hunt I’ve ever had.

  Amazing property! Went to early goose. Killed em! Dusty and Bob the guides are great at keeping pressure off birds. Food is by far the best ever! Beef tartare for an app?? Was unreal!! Can’t wait for my next hunt in October!

  I've been to many hunting lodges and Palisade Flats stands out as the best overall experience. The quality of the hunts (everyone hit their daily bird limit), the accommodations and the food were all top notch. You can tell the staff, and particularly the guides, are super passionate. I am very excited to come back next year.
