  Growing up in Pennsylvania, my dad and I would hunt anything we could. That being said, I haven’t been hunting since I was maybe 13-14. I’m 37 now. We moved to Virginia about 3 years ago and my father in-law asked if we could take my 9 year old hunting for the first time. I am so glad we did, but even more happy he picked this place. The bug bit me again, my son had a great time and was able to spend it with his Pop Uncle and I. He also got to spend time with Mark and Emmett who made him feel like the trip was all about him (which it was). We will be back. Beautiful property and great company. Thanks Mark and Emmett. Great memories made and, what I consider, new friends made.

  My son and I have stayed at Southampton for a 6 day archery hunt…and after reading the reviews I had to ask myself if this is the same place. Breakfast consisted of store bought donuts and danish…no one drank coffee as for Mr. Pope nor Mr. Emmett so no one knew how to make it! Lunch consisted of packaged lunch meat and bread and dinner well…I have hunted Marriott ranch(when it was hunter friendly) and sailors creek too. Sorry but at least this is a middle of the road hunting camp

  My husband and I just got home from our first hunt at Southampton Outfitters. What an amazing time we had. The food was great, the property is beautiful, and Mark and Emmett were the best hosts ever. Looking forward to coming back next year!

  This a great spot for hunting. We have been bringing our boys every year for the past 4 years. Mark and his group of guys are awesome people, very friendly. A perfect spot to come wether you’re only coming for 3 day hunt or longer. Overall it’s a great experience. I would highly recommend booking your next hunt here!
