- Do I need a federal duck stamp on top of my state license?
- Yes. Hunters 16 and older must carry a signed Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (the "duck stamp") in addition to any state license and harvest-information (HIP) registration. Check your state agency for the exact combination required where you hunt.
